Once you’ve signed into the TalleFlow Client Portal and selected a business, you’ll land on your client dashboard. This is your central hub for everything you’re working on with that business — from projects and tasks to documents, designs, and invoices.

Your Client Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a high-level view of your work with a specific business.

Here’s what you’ll typically see:

  • Active Projects – Projects that are currently in progress or planned

  • Tasks – Any tasks assigned to you or related to your projects

  • Messages – Communication activity tied to your projects

  • Pending Payments – Invoices that require your attention (if applicable)

💡 Each dashboard is business-specific. If you work with multiple businesses that use TalleFlow, each one has its own dashboard and project list.

Viewing Your Projects

From the dashboard, you’ll see a list of projects you’ve worked on (or are currently working on) with the selected business.

A project represents a piece of work the business is doing for you — for example:

  • An event

  • A creative engagement

  • A service request

  • An ongoing collaboration

Clicking a project opens the Project Workspace, where all related activity lives.

Inside a Project

Each project includes several tabs that help keep everything organized and transparent.

Overview

The Overview tab shows:

  • Project name and status (Planning, In Progress, Completed, etc.)

  • Key details like start date

  • Recent activity (documents sent, messages, updates)

This is the quickest way to understand where things stand.

Tasks

The Tasks tab lists:

  • Action items assigned to you

  • Tasks the business is tracking for the project

You can:

  • View task details

  • Track progress

  • See what’s coming up next

Messages

The Messages tab contains:

  • Communication related to the project

  • Messages sent by the business through TalleFlow

This keeps project-specific conversations in one place.

Files

The Files tab is where most shared documents live, including:

  • Questionnaires

  • Contracts

  • Brochures

  • Uploaded files and attachments

From here, you can:

  • Open and review documents

  • Complete questionnaires

  • Sign contracts

  • Download shared files

Designs

If the business has shared designs with you, they’ll appear in the Designs tab.

These are typically Canva designs linked directly to the project, allowing you to:

  • View designs

  • Review creative assets

  • Stay aligned on visual work

Invoices

The Invoices tab shows:

  • Invoices associated with the project

  • Payment status (paid, pending, overdue)

From here, you can:

  • View invoice details

  • Pay invoices securely (if payment is enabled)

  • Track payment history

Details

The Details tab contains high-level project information such as:

  • Project type

  • Stage

  • Dates and metadata

This information is read-only for clients and helps provide context about the work.

What You Can Do as a Client

Depending on what the business shares with you, you can:

  • Complete questionnaires

  • Review and sign contracts

  • View and pay invoices

  • Upload or download files

  • Review shared designs

  • Track tasks and project progress

You’ll only see content that’s relevant to you and intentionally shared by the business.

Working With Multiple Businesses

If you’ve worked with more than one business using TalleFlow, you can easily switch between them.

At the top of the portal, you’ll see a list of businesses you’ve collaborated with. Selecting a different business updates your dashboard to show only the projects and activity related to that business.

This gives you a clean, organized view — even if you’re working with multiple teams.
