Location to Location

create location specific pricing rules

Updated over 2 months ago

Location to Location rules establish fixed prices between specific locations or areas, ideal for common routes like airport transfers or city-to-city trips.

Prerequisites

Before configuring Location to Location pricing, define your locations and areas:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Areas and Locations

  2. Create the geographic zones you want to use in pricing rules

Configuration Settings

Name - Assign a descriptive identifier (e.g., "Airport Rate")

Type - Select "Location to Location" for fixed price rules

Priority - Define the rule's precedence over other rules

Start Date/Time - Set when the rule becomes active

End Date/Time - Set when the rule expires

Specific Weekdays - Restrict the rule to certain days and times

Product Pricing - Activate or deactivate specific products using toggle switches

Waiting Price per Minute - Set optional waiting charges

Setting Fixed Prices

Use the search field to locate your created Locations, then select them and set prices.

Example:

  • Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam City: €10 for regular saloon, €15 for van

Click '+' to add additional location pairs within the same rule, such as detour routes or Amsterdam Airport to Utrecht City Center.

Saving Your Configuration

Click 'Save' in the lower left corner to apply changes. Location to Location rules should typically have higher priority than broad Dynamic rules to ensure fixed rates apply correctly.
