The Settings tab is where you configure how your connected apps work and look. Use this guide to understand each section and set up your booking platform effectively.
General Settings
Set up your app's basic identity and technical details. Enter app name, URL, and main website address. Add a page title for browser tabs and optionally include your Google Tag Manager ID for tracking customer activity.
Features
Control what booking options customers see and how the booking flow works.
Booking Types β Choose whether customers can book one-way trips, return journeys, or rides with multiple stops. If you offer hourly bookings, configure the duration limits here.
Passenger Options β Decide if customers can log in, select passenger counts, add luggage, or view extra service details. Set a maximum passenger limit and enable map display if you have Google Maps configured.
Airport Travel
Configure how airport pickups and drop-offs work. You can require customers to enter flight dates and flight numbers, which helps drivers track delays and adjust timing automatically.
Address Settings
Define what address information customers must provide when booking.
Choose whether destinations are required, if house numbers are mandatory, and how your service area limits are enforced. You can also enable location auto-detection and restrict address suggestions to specific countries for better accuracy.
Booking Times
Set rules for when customers can make bookings. Control whether bookings are limited to your availability schedule and set a minimum advance booking time (e.g., customers must book at least 60 minutes before pickup).
Payment Methods
Select which payment options appear at checkout. Options include cash, card payments to the driver, online payment providers, invoicing, and external payment links. Available methods depend on your configured payment integrations.
Documents to Be Accepted During Bookings
Provide your legal documents for customer review. You can either link to existing terms and privacy policy pages on your website (recommended) or upload PDF files directly. Linking to your website ensures customers always see the latest version.
Website URLs
Set where customers go when they leave the booking flow or complete a booking. The return URL is used when customers cancel or go back, while the thank you page shows after successful bookings. Use a custom thank you page for branded confirmations or conversion tracking.
Branding
Make the Web Booker match your company's visual identity. Upload your logo and select your primary brand color. These elements appear throughout the booking experience to maintain consistent branding.
