The Jobs section provides a centralized view to monitor all bookings and ride requests in one place. It includes both manually created jobs and bookings made through the web booker, allowing you to track ride status, payment methods, and financial details efficiently. This section is view-only and does not allow editing of jobs.
Access this section by navigating from Administration > Jobs from left sidebar.
Job Overview
Each job entry displays key ride and financial information, including:
Reference, Foreign ID, Requested time, Pick-up address, Status, Payment method, Commission amount, Fare amount
Requested time shows when the ride is scheduled
Pick-up address indicates the starting location of the trip
Status reflects the job stage (e.g., To Do, Completed, Canceled)
Payment method shows how the ride is paid (e.g., Pay by invoice, Pay the driver, online paymnet)
Commission amount displays earnings or commission linked to the job
Fare amount shows the total ride price
Filters and Controls
The section includes useful tools to quickly find and manage jobs:
Search bar, Date period filter, Status filter, Export option
Status filter allows you to view jobs based on their state: All, To Do, Completed, Canceled
Date filter helps narrow down jobs within a selected timeframe
Export enables downloading job data for reporting or analysis.(only in pro and full plan)
