The Payments section provides a centralized view of all online payment transactions along with their associated ride details. It allows you to monitor payment statuses, track completed and pending payments, and manage transactions processed through online payment methods.
Access this section by navigating from Administration > Payments from the left sidebar
Payments overview is available on Essential, Pro and Full plans
Prerequisite
To use online payments, you must first configure a payment integration such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported providers. Without proper integration setup, online payments will not be processed or reflected in this section.
Payment Tabs
Open, Refunded, Settled
Open: Displays transactions that are created but not yet fully processed or settled
Refunded: Shows payments that have been refunded to customers
Settled: Contains completed and successfully processed payments
Payment Overview
Each row represents a transaction linked to a ride, including:
Reference, Foreign ID, Requested time, Pick-up address, Job status, Payment method, Payment status, Origin, Payment amount
Job status indicates whether the ride is completed or canceled
Payment method shows how the payment was made (e.g., Paid online)
Payment status reflects the current state (e.g., Pending payment, No payment information)
Origin indicates the source of the booking/payment

Each payment entry includes an action menu with options to manage the transaction:
Update payment method, Capture now, Close payment
Update payment method: Modify how the payment is processed
Capture now: Manually capture a pending payment
Close payment: Mark the payment as closed without further action

Search and date filters to quickly find transactions
Export option for reporting and reconciliation
