Shape your booking flow to collect the right information at the right moment—exactly when it matters.
You create a custom field in the settings
Choose the type of input (text, dropdown, checkbox, etc.)
Define when the field should appear based on booking conditions
Select where it shows in the booking flow
Customers see the field while booking and provide input
The data is saved and visible in the booking and dispatch system
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on a Pro or Full plan
To customize booking form fields, go to Settings → Custom Fields
At least one Web Booker or Dispatch interface is active where the field will be used
Custom fields are configured to appear in the relevant booking flow or panel
Additional settings such as charges, translations, or help text are defined if needed for your use case
