Every business has its own way of operating—and your booking form should reflect that. Custom Fields let you collect additional information from customers during booking, so you’re never missing important details and can tailor the experience to your needs.

How it works

Shape your booking flow to collect the right information at the right moment—exactly when it matters.

  • You create a custom field in the settings

  • Choose the type of input (text, dropdown, checkbox, etc.)

  • Define when the field should appear based on booking conditions

  • Select where it shows in the booking flow

  • Customers see the field while booking and provide input

  • The data is saved and visible in the booking and dispatch system


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • You are on a Pro or Full plan

  • To customize booking form fields, go to Settings → Custom Fields

  • At least one Web Booker or Dispatch interface is active where the field will be used

  • Custom fields are configured to appear in the relevant booking flow or panel

  • Additional settings such as charges, translations, or help text are defined if needed for your use case
