As bookings come in—whether through your Web Booker or entered manually—they instantly appear inside the Dispatch Panel, where your team can take action and guide each job through its lifecycle.

Every new booking first appears in the “To assign” tab
This is where all incoming jobs are collected before a driver is assigned
Operators can review trip details and decide the next action
Once a driver is assigned, the job moves to the “Todo” tab
This represents active jobs that are scheduled or in progress
Here, operators can monitor the ride and make adjustments if needed
When the trip is completed, it is moved to the “Completed” tab
This provides a clear history of finished rides
Useful for tracking, reporting, and reviewing past bookings
If a booking is canceled, it appears in the “Canceled” tab
Keeping canceled jobs separate helps maintain a clean operational view

Dispatch capabilities depend on your plan:
Free & Essential → View and complete jobs only (no dispatching or editing)
Pro → View, edit, assign drivers, and manually dispatch jobs
Full → Includes all Pro features, plus create bookings and auto dispatch
A working Web Booker or booking source is set up to receive bookings
Products (vehicle types) are configured to support booking and assignment
Pricing rules are set up to enable booking creation and processing
