Customize your booking form to fit your operations

Every booking is different—and sometimes the standard fields aren’t enough. Custom Fields let you collect exactly the information you need from your customers, whether it’s additional trip details, special requests, or optional services.

With Custom Fields, you can tailor your booking flow to match your operations, ensuring you capture the right information at the right time.

How it works

As customers go through the booking process, the form dynamically adapts to request additional information only when needed

  • Based on the trip details, relevant fields appear automatically:

    • For example, selecting a route or service can trigger options like a toll charge selection

    • Customers can choose whether to include the toll, which can be added as an extra cost

  • You control how and when these fields are shown:

    • Define which bookings trigger the field

    • Choose the step in the booking flow where it appears

    • Set fields as required or optional

  • The system ensures customers only see fields that are relevant to their booking, keeping the experience simple and focused

  • You can enhance the experience by:

    • Adding help text to guide users

    • Offering optional services with additional charges

    • Displaying fields across Web Booker and Dispatch Panel

  • Once configured, Custom Fields become a seamless part of your booking flow—capturing the right information without interrupting the user experience


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • You are on a Pro or Full plan

  • Custom fields are created in Settings → Custom fields.
