Shuttle Service allows you to calculate fares based on the number of passengers instead of a single trip price. This is ideal for shared rides, airport shuttles, and per-seat transfers where pricing should scale with occupancy.

How it works
Shuttle Service builds on your existing pricing rules and adjusts the final fare based on the number of passengers in the booking.
The system first calculates a base fare using your selected pricing rule
(e.g., distance, duration, or fixed pricing)When Shuttle Service is enabled:
The base fare is multiplied by the number of passengers
Each passenger contributes to the total booking price
You can optionally define reduced rates for additional passengers:
First passenger → Full price (100%)
Additional passengers → Reduced percentage (e.g., 80%, 60%)
During booking:
The customer selects the number of passengers
The system automatically calculates the total price based on passenger count
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on a Pro or Full plan
At least one pricing rule (Dynamic, Location-based, Hourly price) is configured with Shuttle Service / Per Passenger Pricing enabled within the pricing rule. Settings → Prices → Select a Pricing → Enable Shuttle Service
