Make your booking hours work exactly the way you do

Define when your business is open for bookings and ensure customers can only select times that match your actual operating hours. With availability settings, your booking flow stays aligned with your real-world schedule—no surprises, no conflicts.

How it works

Your availability schedule acts as a time filter for bookings—only allowing customers to choose pickup times within your defined working hours.

  • Set your default availability for each day of the week

  • Define start and end times for each day

  • Add multiple time intervals per day to match breaks or split shifts

    • For example: morning and evening shifts

  • Each day can be:

    • Enabled (available for bookings)

    • Disabled (no bookings allowed)

  • Customers booking through the Web Booker will:

    • Only see available dates and times

    • Be restricted to the time slots you’ve defined

  • The system ensures that:

    • No bookings can be made outside your configured hours

    • Your booking flow always reflects your actual availability


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • A default availability schedule is defined (available on all plans). Access this by going to Settings → Availability.

  • At least one time interval is set for your working days

  • An Essential, Pro, or Full plan is required to override availability or apply advanced rules
