Control your availability for special dates and exceptions
Your schedule doesn’t stay the same every day—and your booking system shouldn’t either. Availability Overrides let you adapt your working hours for specific dates, whether you're closing for a holiday, extending hours during busy periods, or handling one-off changes.
Instead of modifying your regular schedule, you can apply temporary changes that ensure your availability always reflects what’s actually happening in your business.
How it helps your business
Handle holidays and special schedules without changing your default setup
Block bookings on days when your service is unavailable
Open extra time slots during peak demand
Keep your availability flexible while maintaining consistency
Clearly communicate schedule changes to customers
How it works
Your default availability defines your regular working hours. Overrides step in when something changes—adjusting your schedule only for specific dates.
Create an override for a specific date or date range
Decide how that date should behave:
Mark it as unavailable to block bookings completely
Mark it as available to open bookings beyond your usual hours
Add a name and description to give context (e.g., holiday closure or special hours)
Once applied:
The override takes priority over your default schedule
Customers only see the updated availability when booking
This ensures your booking system always reflects your real-world operations—without needing to reconfigure your entire schedule.
