Automated Workflows (SMS & Email)

Workflows feature description

Automate the Right Message at the Right Time

Stay connected with your customers and drivers without manual effort. Workflows allow you to automatically send emails and SMS messages based on key events in your booking process—ensuring timely communication at every stage.

How it helps your business

  • Automate communication across the entire booking lifecycle

  • Reduce no-shows with timely reminders and updates

  • Keep customers informed with real-time ride notifications

  • Improve driver coordination with instant job updates

  • Save time by eliminating manual messaging tasks

  • Deliver a more professional and consistent customer experience

How it works

Every time something happens in your system—like a booking being created, assigned, or completed—workflows automatically trigger messages to the right people.

  • You define trigger events such as:

    • New booking created

    • Job assigned to a driver

    • Driver arriving or starting the trip

    • Job completed or canceled

  • For each trigger, you set an action:

    • Send an email

    • Send a text message (SMS)

  • Choose who should receive the message:

    • Passenger

    • Driver

    • Customer/debtor

  • Customize your message:

    • Use plain text or dynamic variables (e.g., name, pickup, time)

    • Include links for trip details or rebooking

  • Enhance your workflows with:

    • Multiple actions (email + SMS together)

    • Delays (send messages after a specific time)

    • Multiple languages for different customers

  • Once active, workflows run automatically in the background—sending the right message at the right time
