You define trigger events such as:
New booking created

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan
Default system emails are adjusted in workflow settings if using custom workflows to avoid duplicates.
Relevant contact details (email/phone) are included in bookings
At least one workflow is configured with a trigger and action
