Once a booking is in the system, it remains fully editable—allowing your team to respond instantly as situations change.
Any job can be opened directly from the Dispatch Panel, either from To assign, Todo, or Completed
Inside the job view, you have access to all key booking details in one place
Operators can update trip-related information, such as:
Pickup and drop-off locations
Date and time
Passenger and vehicle details
Notes or special instructions
Operational changes can also be handled instantly:
Assign or reassign drivers
Adjust trip flow if plans change
Financial details can be modified when needed:
Update payment method or pricing details
Adjust commissions or driver payouts
Once changes are saved:
Updates are reflected across the system
Drivers and relevant workflows receive the latest information
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on Essential, Pro or Full plan
A booking already exists in the system
To modify existing bookings, go to Dispatch Panel → select job → Edit
Relevant booking details (e.g., trip, passenger, or timing information) are available to update
Drivers are added in the system if you want to assign or reassign jobs.
