How it works
A new booking comes in and appears in the Dispatch Panel. Instead of assigning a driver manually, the operator quickly sends the job to a selected group or fleet
From that moment, things start moving fast:
The job is instantly shared with multiple relevant drivers
On their Driver App, a job offer pops up with key details—pickup, timing, and fare
Each driver gets a short moment to decide
Then the race begins:
Multiple drivers can receive the request at the same time
Each one chooses to accept or decline
The system simply waits for the first response
As soon as someone accepts:
The job is immediately assigned
The request disappears for all other drivers
The process completes in seconds—no back-and-forth needed
Meanwhile, the operator stays in control:

Before you can use this feature, make sure that
You are on the Full plan
Automatic dispatch is enabled by navigating to Settings → Dispatch Settings → Default dispatch method → Automatic. This allows jobs to be dispatched without manual operator action
Dispatch timing and behavior are configured
Ensure the system is set up to trigger and handle jobs correctly:Dispatch method threshold is configured to handle ASAP bookings
Dispatch time to pickup is set to control when jobs are triggered before pickup
These settings ensure jobs are dispatched at the right time without delays
Drivers active on the YourDriver App
Driver groups or fleets are properly set up in the members section
