How it works

A driver arrives at the pickup location, waits—but the passenger never shows up. In another case, the passenger calls the driver directly to cancel. Sometimes, the driver may not be able to complete the job at all.

Instead of each situation turning into back-and-forth communication, your system already knows how to respond.

  • The driver reports the situation through the app

  • The system immediately checks the rules you’ve defined

From there, everything flows automatically:

  • For urgent operations, the system can approve the cancellation instantly

  • If you prefer oversight, it can wait for a set time, giving your team a chance to step in

  • Once approved, the job is updated and the system moves forward without delays

Before using this feature, ensure:

  • You are on Full Plan

  • Access the right path by navigating to Settings → Cancellations

  • Cancellation rules are Configured by defining handling for: Passenger no-show, Canceled by passenger, Driver unassignment

  • Ensure drivers are on the Yourdriverapp and added in members section
