Handle every cancellation the way your business expects
Cancellations are unavoidable—but confusion and delays don’t have to be. With Cancellation Flows, you define exactly how driver-reported cancellations are handled, ensuring every situation follows a clear, consistent process.
How it helps your business
Improve coordination between drivers and dispatchers
Eliminate confusion by defining exactly how every cancellation is handled
Reduce operational delays with automated approval workflows. Minimize back-and-forth by removing manual decision-making from routine cases
Protect revenue by managing no-shows and last-minute cancellations effectively
Ensure fair and consistent handling across all drivers and scenarios
How it works
A driver arrives at the pickup location, waits—but the passenger never shows up. In another case, the passenger calls the driver directly to cancel. Sometimes, the driver may not be able to complete the job at all.
Instead of each situation turning into back-and-forth communication, your system already knows how to respond.
The driver reports the situation through the app
The system immediately checks the rules you’ve defined
From there, everything flows automatically:
For urgent operations, the system can approve the cancellation instantly
If you prefer oversight, it can wait for a set time, giving your team a chance to step in
Once approved, the job is updated and the system moves forward without delays
What used to require manual decisions is now handled smoothly in the background—
keeping your operations consistent, predictable, and efficient.
