You decide which bookings you take
Not every booking is one you can serve. With the request flow, new bookings arrive as requests and only become confirmed rides when you say yes. You stay in control, and your drivers never get a job you didn't approve.

How it works
When a passenger books through your Web Booker, the booking doesn't become a confirmed ride straight away. It arrives as a request.
All requests that are waiting for your approval appear in the Requested tab of your Dispatch Panel.
The Requested tab only shows while at least one request is waiting. When there are none, it hides automatically, so your Dispatch Panel stays clean.
You review the request and accept it. It then becomes a confirmed booking.
Assign the confirmed booking to a driver, as you would any other ride.
If a request is still unconfirmed shortly before pickup, it can be cancelled automatically, so passengers aren't left waiting.
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You're on a Pro or Full plan
You open Settings > Job Process and find the Requests and quotes section
You tick Bookings wait for my confirmation
Optional: you set Auto-cancel hours before pickup
You click Save at the top right
