The TaxiWebBooker Web Booker is a complete, user-friendly booking solution that can be seamlessly integrated into any website. With our mobile-friendly, online tool, your customers can easily book, track, and rate their rides — giving your business a significant boost in user experience.
The Web Booker is available as a web link or as a widget, making it simple to embed on both desktop and mobile websites.
Web Booker
You can configure the Web Booker directly in the Web Booker section of the Web Portal. TaxiWebBooker provides a standard configuration that works out of the box. For businesses with specific requirements, custom development options are also available — see the “Custom Development Options” section below for more details.
The Web Booker guides customers through a simple, intuitive 5-step booking process:
Step 1: Customers select pickup address, and optionally their destination. Set time and date and the number of passengers.
Step 2: Customers can choose their vehicle type and based on your rates the customer can book a one way trip or a return booking.
Step 3: The customer can enter their contact details here.
Step 4: The customer can choose their payment method (online payments available) and complete the booking.
After booking: Immediately after booking the customer receives a fully detailed booking confirmation email. When the trip is completed the customer also receives a fully detailed trip completion email where they can also rate the driver.
