Teach ’n Go allows you to add labels to students, making important information clearly visible across the platform. Labels appear at the top of the student profile and on lesson cards.

This is useful for highlighting key details such as allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.

Where labels appear

Once added, labels are visible in key areas:

  • At the top of the student profile

  • On the lesson card

This ensures teachers and staff can quickly see important information when managing lessons.

Add a label to a student

  1. Go to Students and open the student profile.

  2. Click More and select Edit student.

  3. Scroll down to the Other details section.

  4. Enter your label in the Label field.

  5. Click Save.

Tips for using labels

  • Use short, clear labels (e.g. Nut allergy, Medical note)

  • Keep labels consistent across students

  • Only include important information that staff need to see quickly

Student labels help highlight important information and improve visibility for teachers and admins during lessons and student management.
