Teachers and Staff can create assignments in Teach 'n Go that are assigned to students of the class. Students will have the opportunity to upload their submitted work to Teach 'n Go, and teachers will be able to track the material and when the student uploaded it.

Creating an Assignment

On the Class Details page, there is a tab for assignments. From here, a teacher or admin can create a new assignment. Click the add assignment button and fill in the details on the form:

  • Title

  • Due Date

  • Instructions

  • Attachments

Once the new assignment is created, you can see a list of all the students and whether anything has been submitted for each student.

Students Uploading a Submission

When students visit the school portal, they find an assignment tab within the Classes section. All open assignments will be listed here. The student can view the assignment details from here

The students can upload their completed assignment and submit their work here.

The students must have permission to upload material through the portal for this. You can learn how to grant access in this article.

Teacher Viewing Submissions

After a student has uploaded and submitted their work, the class teacher can track and view the submission from the class details page. Submitted students and those pending will be split.

The teacher can view the student's submissions and see the date the assignment was uploaded.

Next, you could use the Weighted Grade feature to manage all the assignment results.
