This feature saves time by sending invite emails automatically during the conversion process.
Enable automatic invite emails
Go to Settings β School Settings.
Open the Prospects tab.
Enable Send invite email when prospect becomes student.
Click Save.
How it works
When enabled, an invitation email is sent automatically when a prospect is converted.
This setting works independently from other prospect settings.
Tips
Make sure your email templates are set up before enabling this feature.
