Dark mode changes the look of Teach ’n Go to a darker colour scheme, which can be easier on your eyes—especially in low-light environments. You can switch between dark and light mode at any time from your profile menu.
Turn on dark mode
Follow these steps to enable dark mode:
Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner of the screen
In the dropdown menu, click Dark mode (moon icon)
The interface will switch to dark mode instantly

Switch back to light mode
If you prefer the standard view, you can switch back easily:
Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner
Click Light mode (sun icon)
The screen will return to the light theme

Save your preference
Your selected theme is saved automatically to your account.
You don’t need to set it again each time
The same mode will apply when you log in on any device
Who can use dark mode?
Dark mode is available to all users in Teach ’n Go:
Admins
Teachers
Staff
Students and contacts
Everyone can access it from their own profile menu.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the dark mode option
Make sure you are clicking your profile menu in the top-right corner
Try refreshing the page
Dark mode didn’t save
Log out and back in to check if the setting applies
Ensure your browser is not blocking saved preferences
Switching to dark mode is a quick way to make Teach ’n Go more comfortable to use, especially during long sessions. You can change it anytime, so feel free to use whatever works best for you.
