There is no self-serve cancellation button in Teach 'n Go. To cancel your subscription, you need to contact the Teach 'n Go support team directly.
How to cancel
Reach out to support via the chat widget in the app or by emailing the support address. Let the team know you'd like to cancel your subscription and they will process the request.
What cancelling does and doesn't do
Cancelling your billing subscription does not delete your account or your data. These are two separate actions:
Cancelling the subscription stops future billing charges and will eventually restrict access to the product.
Deleting your school's account and data is a separate request — if you need your data removed, ask support to handle this explicitly at the same time.
If you want your school's data deleted after cancelling, make sure to request both the cancellation and the data deletion in the same message to support.
