On the Teach 'n Go Pro plan, your school gets its own web address, such as myschool.teachngo.com, with your own logo, colour and font. Your logo comes from your school profile; the address, colour and font are set on the Pro Branding screen.
Your school may use different names for students, teachers and classes. If you don't see the menu items below, ask your admin to check your permissions.
Claiming your address
Go to Pro in the left-hand menu and open Branding.
Type the address you want. It must be letters, numbers and hyphens only, and some names are reserved.
Pick your brand colour and a font, or leave them on the defaults.
Click Preview to see your choices across the real app before saving, or save straight away.
Each address belongs to one school and cannot be transferred. If a name is already taken by another school, you'll be asked to pick a different one. You can change your own address, colour or font again at any time.
Where families see it
Anyone visiting your address sees your school's name, logo and colours on the sign-in page and throughout the parent, student and teacher portals. Your colour also carries into the emails Teach 'n Go sends on your behalf and onto your public booking page. The normal app.teachngo.com address keeps working alongside your own.
If you leave Pro
Your data is never affected by the address: it is a front door, not a separate account. If you decide not to continue with Pro, your address is not cut off the moment the plan ends, and the name is not handed to another school straight away. Point your families back to app.teachngo.com, where everyone signs in as normal.
