It's possible to add siblings to one receipt easily. When creating a receipt or invoice, n the select student field, it's possible to add multiple students in the Select Students field. All outstanding payments will then show on the receipt, and you can choose which payment items to remove or keep by clicking on the X next to each payment. That's it!
