In Teach 'n Go, three types of visibility settings for attachments and notes can be added to notes and attachments that are used for students' profiles, lessons, or classes.
Admin: only visible to the admin. Only the admin can select this setting.
Private: only visible by the admin, relevant teachers, and relevant staff.
Shared: visible by the student(s), related contacts, admin, relevant teachers, and relevant staff.
Relevant teachers and staff are the members that have been given access to the student/class/lesson and who have the necessary permissions to view the note/attachment.
When viewing notes, it's also possible to filter for specific note privacy.
