How to install the HubSpot integration
Follow these steps carefully:
Log in to your Teach ’n Go account.
In the same browser, log in to your HubSpot account.
Click this link to activate:
When prompted, approve the connection inside HubSpot.
Once approved, the connection is complete.
New contacts created in HubSpot will now automatically appear in Teach ’n Go as Prospects.
Tips
Make sure you are logged into both accounts before clicking install.
If you manage multiple HubSpot accounts, confirm you are authorising the correct one.
Troubleshooting
Installation button not working?
Allow pop-ups in your browser.
Check that your HubSpot session has not expired.
New HubSpot contacts not appearing?
Confirm the record was created as a new Contact in HubSpot.
Check that the integration is enabled in School settings > Integrations.
