The HubSpot integration makes it easy to move new leads into Teach ’n Go and manage their lifecycle in one place. This guide explains what the integration does and how to install it.

What the HubSpot integration does

The HubSpot integration helps you keep your lead data aligned across both platforms:

  • Transfer leads from HubSpot

    New HubSpot contacts are automatically sent to Teach ’n Go, where they are stored as prospects.

  • Manage the lead lifecycle

    Update and track lead stages in Teach ’n Go. Any synced information will automatically update between HubSpot and Teach ’n Go.

How to install the HubSpot integration

Follow these steps to install the integration correctly:

  1. Log in to your Teach ’n Go account.

  2. Log in to your HubSpot account in the same browser.

  3. Click the button below:

  4. When prompted, approve the connection in HubSpot.

  5. That's it! New contacts created in Hubspot will be automatically create a new prospect in Teach 'n Go.

Tips

  • Make sure you are logged into both accounts before clicking Install, or the connection may fail.

  • If you manage multiple HubSpot accounts, double-check that you authorize the correct one.

Troubleshooting

The installation button doesn’t work

  • Check that pop-ups are allowed in your browser.

  • Make sure your HubSpot login hasn’t expired.

New HubSpot contacts are not appearing in Teach ’n Go

  • Confirm the contact was created as a new Contact in HubSpot.

  • Check your integration settings in Teach ’n Go to ensure syncing is enabled.
