You can embed a Google Form directly into Teach ’n Go to make your lessons more interactive. This works especially well for quizzes, surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
Step 1: Create your Google Form
Go to Google Forms.
Create your form, quiz, or survey.
Adjust the form settings as needed (responses, quiz settings, access permissions).
Click the Send button in the top right.
Select the <> (Embed HTML) option.
Copy the iframe embed code.
Step 2: Add the form to Teach ’n Go
Open the location in Teach ’n Go where you want to display the form.
For example, open a lesson from Classes.
Open the Lesson card.
Go to the Student notes section (or any note field where formatting tools are available).
Click the Insert link option in the toolbar.
Paste the copied iframe link.
Click Insert link.
Click Save.
The Google Form will now appear inside the lesson for students to complete.
Step 3: View responses
All responses are collected and stored in Google Forms.
Go back to your form in Google Forms.
Open the Responses tab to review submissions.
You can download results as a spreadsheet if needed.
If required, upload exported results to Teach ’n Go as an attachment.
Troubleshooting
Form not displaying correctly? Make sure you copied the full iframe embed code.
Students can’t access the form? Check Google Form sharing settings.
Responses not recording? Confirm the form is set to accept responses.
Embedding Google Forms inside Teach ’n Go is a simple way to collect feedback, run quizzes, and keep student engagement high.
