In Teach ‘n Go, it's possible to select the student data columns you would like to view. This includes the custom student fields that you have created too. You can select the columns anywhere you see the table icon.
You can find the table in the following locations:
Students table in the Student tab in the People section
Student table in the Student tab on the Class details page
Prospect table in the Prospectt ab in the People section
Click on this and select the columns that you want to show. You can also hide some of your original columns, such as phone and email. Now that the columns you need are visible, it's possible to search these columns. When the feature is used in conjunction with the student fields, it can be really powerful to help you manage students.
After searching you can select all the students by clicking on the checkboxes to the right and use the bulk tools to do multiple tasks in seconds. A super tool to ensure you streamline process and be more efficient.
