When reviewing lesson notes, attendance, or behaviour records, you may need to move quickly between lessons. Teach ’n Go makes this easy with built-in navigation arrows on the lesson view.

Switching lessons from the class details page

  1. Go to Classes from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the relevant class to open the Class details page.

  3. Open any lesson from the lesson list.

  4. At the bottom of the lesson view, use the navigation arrows.

  5. Click:

    • The left arrow to move to the previous lesson

    • The right arrow to move to the next lesson

This allows you to quickly review past or upcoming lessons without returning to the class overview.

Important note about calendar navigation

If you use the navigation arrows from the Calendar or Dashboard, the arrows will move you to the next lesson scheduled for that day — not necessarily the previous or next lesson within the same class.

Make sure you are on the Class details page if you want to navigate specifically within that class.

Viewing lesson notes history

You can quickly review previous notes added to a lesson.

  1. Open the lesson from the Class details page.

  2. Locate the Teacher notes or Student notes section.

  3. Click the History button next to the notes field.

This will display a history of all previously saved notes, allowing you to track updates and review past comments easily.

Tip: This is especially helpful when monitoring student progress or reviewing changes made by different teachers.

Troubleshooting

  • Arrows not visible? Ensure you have opened an individual lesson from the class page, and it's not the first or last lesson.

  • Taken to the wrong lesson? Check whether you are navigating from the Calendar instead of the Class details page.

Using the lesson navigation arrows helps you stay organised and move efficiently between lessons, especially when reviewing attendance, notes, or student progress.
