What to do when enrolled students are not showing in lessons

If you have enrolled students in a class but they do not appear in certain lessons, the usual cause is that the students were enrolled with a start date later than the lesson dates. This guide outlines how to check and correct the enrollment date issue.

Confirming Enrollment Date

You can check the student's enrolment date in two ways:

1. On the Class Details Page:

  • Visit the class where the students are enrolled.

  • Navigate to the "Students" tab on the class details page.

  • Find the students in question and check their enrollment date. If this date is later than the lesson date, the students will not appear in the lesson.

2. On the Student Profile:

  • Open the student’s profile by searching for them or selecting them from a list.

  • Click on the "Classes" tab to view their enrolled classes.

  • Check the enrollment date to see if it is after the lesson dates.

Editing the Enrollment Date

If you find that the enrollment date is after the lesson date, you can adjust it to ensure students appear in lessons.

Edit Enrollment Date:

  • Return to the class details page.

  • Click the "Edit Enrollment Date" option to adjust the student's start date.

  • Select the appropriate date that aligns with your lessons.

  • Save your changes.

Conclusion

After correcting the enrollment date, the students should appear in the relevant lessons. Remember that students will only appear in lessons on or after their enrollment date.
