    • Insert any personalisation variables if needed.

2. Click Schedule send instead of sending immediately.

3. Select the date and time you want the email to be delivered.

  • You can choose from the suggested times.

  • You can also type a specific time if it is not on the hour.

  1. Review the email content and confirm the scheduled time.

  2. Click Send to schedule the email.

What happens next

  • The email will be sent automatically at the selected date and time.

  • No further action is required.

  • You can review scheduled messages from your Inbox if needed.

Cancelling a scheduled email

If you need to stop a scheduled email before it is sent, you can cancel it easily.

Go to your Communication and locate the scheduled message. Click on the View button to ppen the email and select the Cancel schedule option at the bootom of the pop up. Once cancelled, the email will not be sent to recipients. Make sure to cancel the email before the scheduled send time, as messages cannot be stopped after delivery.

Troubleshooting

  • Schedule send option not visible? Make sure you are composing an email (not SMS).

  • Wrong time zone? Check your account time zone settings before scheduling.

  • Need to make changes? Edit or cancel the scheduled message before the send time.

Scheduling emails in Teach ’n Go helps you stay organised and ensures your messages reach recipients at exactly the right time.
