I received an invite email to the parent app but I don't know what to do

When your childcare service or school adds you to TeachKloud, you will receive an invite email to access your child’s profile. If you have not received an invite, please contact the childcare service directly, only invited parents can use the TeachKloud for Parents App. Here’s how to recognise the email and what to do next:

1. Find the invite email

Look for an email from: hello@teachkloud.com

The subject will say something like: “You’re invited as a parent…”

This email confirms your access to your child’s profile and gives you instructions on downloading and using the app.


2. Download the TeachKloud Parent App

Inside the email, tap the link for your device:

  • Apple / iOS

    OR

  • Android

This will download the app from your app store.


3. Create an Account

Open the app and select create an account in using the same email address that received the invite (see screenshot)


4. Can’t find the email?

Check:

  • Spam

  • Junk

  • Promotions

Or search your inbox for hello@teachkloud.com or TeachKloud.
