I Created a Child Profile but Haven't Invited the Parent Yet. How Do I Send the APP and/or Enrolment Form Invitation?

Admin using the Web Interface can manage Parental Invites to the App/Enrolment Form. Please review the form/ any other relevant details in full and make any changes before inviting parents.

To invite a parent / guardian, to use the app and/or complete the enrolment form for their child, select:

  • Children > List of Children.

  • Using the three grey dots next to the relevant child, select Edit Child Profile > Parents or Guardians.

  • Enter the parent(s)/guardian(s) contact information and select Invite this parent/guardian to use the parents app AND Allow this parent/guardian to edit enrolment form.

  • Save the changes

After inviting the parent to the app and/or enrolment form, TeachKloud will auto-send a parental invite email, with instructions on accessing and a tutorial video on using the enrolment form.
