Inviting Parents to Existing Child Profiles:
Select List of Children > three grey dots next to the child's name > edit child profile
Under the Parents and Guardians heading, add the parental details. Crosscheck all email's used are correct to avoid unauthorised access to child profiles.
Select Invite this parent/guardian to use the parents app and/or Allow this parent/guardian to edit enrolment form
Select Save changes
Please Note: If a parent has more than one child enrolled, the parent must be invited to each of their children's profiles. When sending these invitations, always use the same email address for that parent. This ensures they can access all of their children's profiles with a single login.
There is no limit to the number of parents or guardians you can invite to a child's profile.
