Admin using the web interface can delete messages sent from the interface and/or app. Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
To delete a message sent from the interface > messages section:
Find the relevant message
Select the red bin icon next to the message you'd like to delete
To delete a message sent to a parent from the TeachKloud - Childcare App:
Select the relevant room (top right hand corner)
Select the educator who sent the message (top right hand corner)
Select the parent (left hand side)
Select the red bin icon next to the message you'd like to delete
Messages sent between educators cannot be deleted
Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
