Important Notice: To delete a room, all child profiles (including archived children), must be deleted first or active/archived children associated with that room moved to another room. Any deleted child profiles by the user, cannot be retrieved by TeachKloud. Please ensure you have downloaded any relevant data, before deletion. Learn more here.
Select Rooms using the menu on the left-hand side using the web interface
Using the three grey dots on the right-hand side of your screen next to the room that you’d like to delete, select ‘remove room’
If the room has child profiles added, you will have the option to move children to a different room and remove the room. If you want to delete all of the children and the room, select the green button: ‘move children and remove...'
