TeachKloud’s Flexible Messaging Options
TeachKloud offers three flexible messaging (chat) features through the TeachKloud: Childcare App and the TeachKloud for Parents App, allowing administrators to tailor communication settings to their needs. You can enable or disable a combination of the options below:
Option 1: Parent & Educators Chat
This feature enables a specific parent to message all educators in their child's room, creating a dedicated group chat between that parent and the relevant educators.
How it works:
Parents can initiate the group chat.
Once started, both parents and educators can continue the conversation at any time.
We recommend using this option to ensure messages are never missed.

✅ Educators to message parents individually.

Option 3: Group Chat (Room-Wide Messaging)
