Attendance Insights > Room Reports

Using the school interface, you can download inspections reports using Attendance Insights. Insights are used to view children’s calendars (i.e. attendance schedules), download reports for multiple or individual children at once, review hours attended and spot patterns (absences/sick) in attendance.

Download Inspection Reports (PDF or Excel)

Select attendance > insights using the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen in the school interface.

Select download room report (top right hand corner)

Select all relevant options and select export as excel or leave this option blank and the report will download as a PDF document.

P.S. watch this video for further information on exporting as an excel document or keep reading to learn more about the other options you have regarding inspection reports:

  1. Round up hours (Ireland only): round up hours, as per the NCS rules

  2. Include archived children: include children who are archived in the report. Children who are archived but have future attendance schedules will still appear in the insights reports. Regularly review and update attendance schedules to ensure they reflect current attendance up to the child’s last day. For example, a child should only have a schedule up to their last day, for reporting accuracy

  3. Summary table of hours for children in more than one room (see info icon on the school interface)

View the Attendance Calendar or List

  • Select attendance > insights using the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen in the school interface.

  • Using the filters on the too right-hand corner of your screen, filter by week, child or date.

  • See when each child was checked in and out, in real-time and view sick and absence patterns using the attendance calendar, list or graphs [see screenshot below]
