Children are appearing twice in the attendance section of the mobile app, what do I do?

You may have mistakingly added duplicate schedules in the school interface > attendance > schedules section. To learn how to delete duplicate schedules, please watch the quick video or read the instructions below:

Instructions

  1. Log into the school interface > attendance > schedules

  2. Select the relevant room and child

  3. Select the first place that the schedule duplicates using the calendar (i.e. 9th of August 2021).

  4. Select delete for all [the relevant day will show here]. For example, delete for all Tuesdays. You can delete schedules by days and by child only.
