If you’re using the TeachKloud: Childcare App on an iPad and are logging in with the correct email and password that was used to invite you but are receiving a message that your account is not associated with a school, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Invitation and Email Address

  1. Check that the email address you are using to log in was the same email used to invite you. Ask the admin to go to the school interface > teachers > list of teachers and remove you from the account using the three grey dots next to your name

  2. Re-invite you using your work email by selecting invite a teacher in the list of teachers section of the school interface

  3. Log into the TeachKloud: Childcare app

Location Services: Turn On

If you are still receiving this message after ensuring that you’re logging in with the email used to invite you, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to iPad settings > Privacy > Location Services > Turn on Location Services > Open TeachKloud App and log in.

P.S. In the iPad settings, select the TeachKloud app and Turn on permissions to ensure you can do tasks like upload, download images and sign documents using the app.
