Using the Web Interface, select Attendance > Insights
Select Download Room Report - Recommended for the Government Schemes

How does NCS Attendance Reporting Work on TeachKloud?
Under the NCS attendance rules, if a child attends for part of an hour, this is rounded up to a full hour for the purposes of recording attendance. For example, if a child attends a service for 7 hours and 10 minutes, they are considered as having attended for 8 hours. The actual arrival and departure times will still show in the report. By clicking the round hours up button, TeachKloud will populate a separate column called, “TCH" (Total Claimable Hours) which will display the rounded hours.
