If chat is enabled (parents-teachers and vice versa) AND the enrolment form details (phone number etc), have been completed, you can easily view this information in the chat section or by going to the enrolment form on the TeachKloud: Childcare App. This article focuses on using the chat section to view parental details (phone, name and child's name) in three steps below:

Step 1: Log into the app, select the chat button

Step 2: Select the parents name

Step 3: Select the parents name (again) at the top of the screen. The parents details will show at the bottom of the screen
