To view the full enrolment form via the app:
Log into the TeachKloud app
Select the last button on the bottom right hand corner
Select child profiles (towards the top of the screen)
Select the child profile you want to view the enrolment form for
Select view enrolment form at the top of screen (see screenshot)
Sign in
A summary of the enrolment form will be displayed. Select 'download' to view the full form.
P.S. You can easily view parental names, addresses and phone numbers in two clicks by using the chat section. See here how to do this.
