If you receive a message, stating that your email and/or password is incorrect, you will need to follow the below instructions to gain access to your account. However, if you have never created a TeachKloud account, you will need to download the app, scroll down and select 'create an account.'
Reset Password for Existing Accounts: Log In Page of the App
Go to the log in page of the app and select forgot password (see first image below)
Enter the email you were invited to TeachKloud with
Check your email (inbox or spam/junk folder) for the code
Enter the code into the TeachKloud app (see second screenshot below)
Enter your new password
Please Note: if you have not created a TeachKloud account, you will need to download the app, scroll down and select 'create an account.' It is not possible to reset a password for an account that does not exist.
Child Registration/Enrolment for Parents: If you received an email invite to register your child but have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it using the app (see above for password reset guidance), passwords cannot be reset using the enrolment form. If you have not created a TeachKloud account yet, you will need to create an account using the app, before you can log into the enrolment form.
