How do I change the administrator name, service name and/or email on our TeachKloud Web Admin Interface Account

How do I change the main childcare account email?

To change the email on the account, log into the account with the main administrator email and click here. After changing the email, contact us: hello@teachkloud.com, stating that you have changed the email from [insert previous email] to [insert new email], so that we can change the email on your subscription account.

Please follow all the above steps to ensure the email is changed on the admin and subscription account.


I do not know the password on the web interface account but need to change it

If you do not know the account password, you will need to have access to the main account email. Log out of the admin interface account, select forgot password using the log in page and follow the instructions. We cannot change passwords on your behalf, all passwords are encrypted.
