How do I change the administrator name, service name and/or email on our TeachKloud Web Admin Interface Account

This article is for management using the TeachKloud web interface account.


The following steps are usually completed when there has been a change in ownership or employment regarding management.

If you want to change your individual account details, such as your name, click here.


To change the name of the childcare service or the first/last name of the administrator (e.g. main contact person on your TeachKloud web admin account), you will need to sign in as the administrator and complete the following steps:

  1. Change the childcare service name, click here.

  2. Change the first/last name of the contact person, click here.

  3. If you have taken over from a previous manager/owner and would like to change the password (recommended), click here. You will need to know the previous password to complete this step.


How do I change the main childcare account email?

To change the email on the account, please contact us with the current email and the new email you'd like to change it to. You will need to email us from/using the current registered email on TeachKloud for data protection purposes.

I do not know the password on the web interface account but need to change it

If you do not know the account password, you will need to have access to the main account email. Log out of the admin interface account, select forgot password using the log in page and follow the instructions. We cannot change passwords on your behalf, all passwords are encrypted.
