When trying to create an account on the app, if your email is already in use and you do not know the password, please follow the following steps:

  1. Steps to Resolve:

    • Step 1: Pleas ensure you are using the email you were invited with. Select the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen of the app.

    • Step 2: Follow the prompts to reset your password.

    • Step 3: Once the password has been reset, the parent should be able to log in to the app successfully using their email and the new password.

  2. Additional Tips:

    • Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with the invite.

    • If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

    • If issues persist, double-check that you are trying to log in with the correct app. For example, the TeachKloud: Childcare app is for educators/ childcare professionals, while the TeachKloud for Parents app is for parents.
