When trying to create an account on the app, if your email is already in use and you do not know the password, please follow the following steps:
Steps to Resolve:
Step 1: Pleas ensure you are using the email you were invited with. Select the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen of the app.
Step 2: Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Step 3: Once the password has been reset, the parent should be able to log in to the app successfully using their email and the new password.
Additional Tips:
Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with the invite.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
If issues persist, double-check that you are trying to log in with the correct app. For example, the TeachKloud: Childcare app is for educators/ childcare professionals, while the TeachKloud for Parents app is for parents.
