Once an audit has been created (for details please see ‘Create Audit’ user guide) a PAF file can be created to allow the audit to be completed offline.
Create a PAF
From the Home page, click Download a PAF:
Type in the name of the site. A list of assessments will display.
Please note:
Audits listed as Not Started are available to download as a PAF
Click an assessment to select it:
Click Ok.
In the next page, select the Language and then click Download Paf:
The PAF will automatically save in your device’s ‘downloads’ folder.
The PAF file will now be saved onto your computer and will be available for you to open and complete or send by email as an attachment.
