Once your PAF has been imported on your iPad app, you are ready to complete the assessment.
Tap on the audit you want to complete.
Tap Edit.
An overview of your audit will then be shown enabling you to clearly view and track your progress.
Tap Edit Audit to start completing your audit.
You can now complete your audit tapping on individual questions to answer under the Responses tab, or alternatively swipe the screen to move between questions.
To add an observation tap on the Observation Then tap on the screen to edit.
If you need to upload a supporting document, press the Attachments tab and choose the relevant method.
If a corrective action needs to be logged, tap on the Corrective Action tab.
Select a deadline.
Tap on the Action Point box and type an action point.
