How do I sign the labour agreement?

Each Temper Staff shift has its own labour contract, which is automatically generated within 48 hours before the shift starts. You don't need to manually sign each labour agreement however. Contracts are automatically generated and signed based on the framework agreement.

The framework agreement (’raamovereenkomst’ in Dutch) is the document you signed when you applied for the very first time. Your signature from the framework agreement is used for the labour agreements that follow. Read more about the framework agreement here.

The labour contracts are set up within 48 hours before your shift starts, depending on when you were accepted by the hiring company. If you are accepted earlier than 48 hours before the shift, the contract will be generated exactly 48 hours in advance. If you are accepted less than 48 hours before the shift, the contract will be generated at the moment you are accepted.
